By using Nocturas Notary's website and services, you agree to these terms. Quotes are estimates until confirmed. Notary services are performed in accordance with California law.

Invoices are due as stated. Online payments are processed by Stripe. Chargebacks of valid services may result in collection efforts and suspension of future bookings.

This site is provided as-is for scheduling and billing convenience. We reserve the right to decline engagements that conflict with notary law or applicable regulations.
